Bio

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Calif. William H. Bryant Jr. is an artistic athlete who has fused his passion for sports and acting, transforming him into a force of nature on the screen and the stage.

Prior to working as an actor and model, William had aspirations to play professional football despite having had dislocated his kneecap and fractured his femur in a game during his freshman year in high school. Upon graduating and playing collegiate football at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, William was recruited to play football overseas. However at this time, his eyes became mesmerized by the moments he saw on the silver screens and declined the offer to continue playing football professionally in order to pursue a career in acting.

As an actor, William enjoys the challenge of achieving the life of a character, collaborating with a creative collective and maintaining a physical regimen. His athletic background has bred him to be quick on his feet and to dive passionately into any project he works on, in which acting has not only become a means of expression for him but a way of life. He is an information sponge and maintains his craft by writing, reading and catching up on films in his spare time when he is not performing. Among his peers, he is known to be a valuable team-player and highly admired for his ability to bring a positive energy to the room.

For the past few years, he has been training at The Beverly Hills Playhouse in San Francisco. He has performed on television shows, films and stage plays such as Mulatto by Langston Hughes, Talk Radio by Eric Bogosian, and most recently Picasso at The Lapin Agile by Steve Martin.

William is currently represented by MDT Agency Inc.
